赵晓燕,女,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。

学习工作经历:1997年毕业于武汉大学病毒与分子生物学系,获理学学士学位;2005年毕业于中国农业大学植物病理学系,获农学博士学位;2005年就职于北京农学院植物保护系,兼任北京植物病理学会理事,副秘书长。主要从事植物病理学的教学、研究和技术推广工作。

主讲课程:本科生课程“普通植物病理学”、“植物免疫学”、“植物保护专业课程实习”等;研究生课程“植物有害生物综合防控”、“植物病原生物学”等。

研究方向:植物病害及其生物防治的研究。承担各类课题20多项,包括国家自然科学基金项目、北京市委组织部优秀人才支持项目、北京市教委科技面上项目、北京市农委“菜篮子”新型生产经营主体科技能力提升项目等。获得发明专利6项,发表论文50余篇。近年来重点围绕北京重要果蔬病害的生物防治开展研究,如桃褐腐病、草莓根腐病、西瓜枯萎病、番茄根结线虫病等多种果树蔬菜病害的病原鉴定与致病机制,拮抗细菌的筛选与作用机制、生防芽胞杆菌抑菌与定殖机理、生防微生物菌剂开发与田间应用技术等。

Researches werefocusesonplant diseasesandtheirbiologicalcontrol.Undertakenmore than20 projects, includingthe NationalNatural Science Foundationproject,theexcellentTalentssupportprojectoftheOrganizationDepartmentof the Beijing MunicipalCommittee,theScienceandTechnologyprojectoftheBeijingMunicipalEducationCommission.

Inrecentyears,theresearchfocusesonpathogen identification,pathogenicmechanismandbiologicalcontrol ofsomeimportantfruit and vegetable diseasesin Beijing,suchaspeachbrownrot,strawberryrootrot,watermelonwilt,tomatorootnematodedisease.Several biocontrol bacteria were screened and their biocontrol mechanism and colonization mechanism were studiedanddevelopedbiocontrolmicrobial agents.
