个人信息

杨明峰,理学博士,硕士导师,教授;中国科学院植物研究所植物学专业获得博士学位。


教学方面

主讲本科生课程:《植物生理学》、《生物仪器分析》; 研究生课程《生物信息、文献与生物统计》。

研究方向

植物代谢调控基因的功能和应用;用植物分子生物学和植物组织培养等技术进行优良种苗培育研究。


主要成果

曾主持科研项目10余项,例如教育部留学回国启动基金1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目子课题1项。目前发表研究论文六十余篇。其中SCI论文三十余篇。

获奖情况

获得1次北京市优质本科课程奖;4次北京农学院优质课程优质课件、教学名师奖。研究生教育教学成果二等奖1项。指导学生获得各种生物竞赛6项奖,其中国家级2项,北京市级奖4项;科技小院社会服务获得北京市乡村振兴成果一等奖。

I. Personal information

Yang Mingfeng, PhD in Science, Master's Supervisor, Professor; Doctoral degree was granted by Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

II. Teaching

Two undergraduate courses: Plant Physiology, and Biological Instruments Analysis; Graduate course: Bioinformatics, information retrieval and biostatistics.


III. Research interests

The functions and applications of metabolic regulatory genes, and conducting research on the cultivation of clean seedlings using techniques such as plant molecular biology and plant tissue culture.


IVMajor achievements

Principal investigator of more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial, crosswise projects, among which the most important are: Scientific Research Foundation for Returned Scholars, Ministry of Education of China; General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China; and Subproject of the National Key Basic Research Development Program (973). Over 60 research papers have been published. Among them, there are over 30 SCI papers.

V. Awards

Received 1 Beijing Quality Undergraduate Course Award; Four awards for high-quality course materials and teaching masters from Beijing Agricultural University. One second prize for graduate education and teaching achievements. Guide students to win 6 awards in various biology competitions, including 2 national level awards and 4 Beijing level awards; The social service of the Science and Technology Academy won the first prize of Beijing Rural Revitalization Achievement Award.
